WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?

Laughter is truly the best medicine. Your donations can bring a smile to thousands of sick children.

Here's what your donation can buy.

Any fundraisers that raise over $10,000 will be able to go on an observation Clown Round in a hospital and see how powerful this great cause really is.

$10 = 1 smile
Help a sick child smile.  Give them a chance to escape from the confines of illness just for a moment.

$10 = 24 bottles of bubbles
Bubbles aren’t all froth and fun. They are often used to help detect a child’s vision or ability to move.  A wonderful prop for Clown Doctors that has a vital role to play in diagnosis.

$20 = 1 box of red noses
Become an organ donor and fund more red noses for "Red Nose Transplants".  These help children adapt to unfamiliar medical procedures.

$250 = 1 Polaroid camera and film
Polaroid photographs are not just mementos.  These are often used when children are frightened about going into surgery.  Clown Doctors take a picture and leave it by the child’s bed for them to see when they wake up.

$600 = 1 Clown Doctor visit to a hospital
This pays for 2 trained actors delivering smiles for a day.

$1,200 = Emergency response clown care
To fund an urgent request for Clown Doctors to visit critically ill children.

$2,000 = Urgent Regional humour delivery
To fund a special request from a regional hospital that doesn’t have its own Clown Doctors program.

$60,000 = 2 Clown Doctors visiting a hospital
                1 day a week for a year
